Through Nunto, which means "Once upon a time" in Manding-ko, the griot and master of the kora, Ali Boulo Santo Cissoko, makes a profound return to the roots — to the very origins of the kora — revisiting its rich heritage in an intimate acoustic setting.
With great skill, he reveals the beauty and power of this emblematic West African instrument, played in the traditional way, an art he was introduced to from a very young age.
