New York’s Pop-rock singer-songwriter Jess Yaffa makes a bold entrance with the release of her debut album, Thoughts That Keep Me Up At Night, available everywhere on April 4. Yaffa is turning heads at just at 23 years old, and her career is flourishing as she shares her stories through her songs.

To bring her vision to life, Yaffa teamed up with Grammy-winning producer Scott Jacoby (Coldplay, John Legend, Vampire Weekend) to craft an album that balances high-energy rock with deeply personal storytelling.

“Thoughts That Keep Me Up At Night is the culmination of my growth as a songwriter and artist over the past six years. It highlights the unique yet relatable experiences of growing up—my hope is that there’s a song on this album for everyone,” she says.

“Too Soon” is a catchy melody with beautiful vocals describing the feeling before we tell someone we love them. Vulnerability is quite the emotional experience. “Suburban Dystopia” takes us on a journey with her rhythmic story telling freeing soundscape. ” Midnight” tells the story that nothing happens good after midnight. This catchy song will have you turning it up driving down the road at night.
“Taylor” gets more poppy, embracing guitars and giving love-song vibes. “Just For One Night” bleeds emotional, heartfelt lyrics. “Will I See You Again” grabs your soul with the pain of a broken heart. “Never Too Much” tells the story of the anger and pain when they leave. “The Key Of Chaos” releases a harmonious groove with a heavy heart. “Come Home” releases a folky vibe soothing the soul. “Run Away” strums with acoustical magical lyrics with absolute freedom.
