This album contains the songs performed at the Ryuichi Sakamoto Memorial Concert held in March 2024 by an orchestra of children from Tohoku, which was started by Ryuichi Sakamoto immediately after the Great East Japan Earthquake. The album is composed entirely of songs by Sakamoto, who served as music director, including "The Last Emperor" and "Japanese Soccer Song."
