Jethro Tull - Curious Ruminant (Japan Edition) (2025) CD-Rip

Jethro Tull has released the album "Curious Ruminant", which is the band's 24th album. It includes nine songs of varying length, from two and a half minutes to almost 17 minutes.
Announcing the release, Jethro Tull promised personal lyrics on topics different from typical stories from popular music. "Curious Ruminant" is also the band's first album recorded with new guitarist Jack Clark. He joined Jethro Tull in 2024.
Jethro Tull has not released an album for a long time: the album "The Zealot Gene" (2022) was their first work after almost a 20-year hiatus. However, it seems that the band has gained a second wind. In 2023, Jethro Tull presented the album "RökFlöte" - and now, less than two years later, they have released "Curious Ruminant".
Reviews of the new Jethro Tull release are positive so far. The Progressive Aspect portal calls "Curious Ruminant" an "amazing record" that sounds "consistently brilliant" throughout the entire post. Ultimate Classic Rock considers the album to be "the most satisfying work [by the band] since the 1980s," and also notes the good lyrics. According to ProgReport, of all three recent Jethro Tull releases, "Curious Ruminant" is "perhaps the strongest." A Classic Rock reviewer praised 77-year-old bandleader Ian Anderson for his "late creative peak," and called the album itself "inspiring and poignant." The Arts Desk website described "Curious Ruminant" as "a series of energetic prog-rock anthems." User reviews are also generally positive, some even compare listening to the album to visiting a medieval tavern.
