The debut Rinaldi Sings album, What's It All About', announced the arrival of cult singer/songwriter Steve Rinaldi at the grooviest of parties, and now, with Bingo', he intends to show that he's got what it takes to stick around until the last taxi has been ordered. On this collection he offers the upbeat sunny pop of 'You Take Me There', the swinging Hammond Organ instrumental of the title track, plus the Vaudevillian honky tonk of The Only Show In Town'. There's also a nod of recognition in the direction of a couple of style icons of the past, with 'Goodbye Steve McQueen' and the melancholy celebration of the genius that was George Best, on the epic 'Where Did It All Go Wrong Mr Best' If you have a preference for pop music with melodic brass riffs and soaring violins, then just cry Bingo'!
