Peri Winkle - Ouroboros (2025) Hi Res

Peri Winkle is the musical alias of interdisciplinary artist Claudia Cox, one half of the experimental duo Only Slime. Known for combining music, theater, game aesthetics, and digital art, Cox’s work is deeply rooted in transformation – both personal and artistic. Her debut album, Ouroboros, is a sonic manifestation of this journey, inspired by a near-death experience following an acrobatic accident in 2021.

The album unites hyperpop, glitchcore, dark synthpop, and industrial elements in a hypnotic sound universe where rebirth and destruction coexist.

Outside of music, Cox has a residency at Scene 3 at Det Norske Teatret, where Only Slime explores existential narratives through experimental performing arts, animation, and opera. With Ouroboros, Peri Winkle invites listeners into a world where the digital meets the mystical, the personal meets the surreal, and transformation becomes both an aural and spiritual experience.
