With singer Veronika Catfish and harpist Anastasia Razvalyaeva, Debussy now was released in 2020! the album was nominated for the most innovative recording award by the largest classical music conference, Classical:NEXT.
THE NOW!-in the second part of the series, the trio added a new member, Balint Bolcso, an outstanding figure of the Hungarian contemporary electronic music scene.
On their album, Schubert's music undergoes an immersive transformation: improvisations, sounds between classical and jazz singing techniques, live electronic influences expand the sensual and eerily beautiful universe of well-known songs, and even the means of expression of the human voice and the harp into a contemporary spatial experience. This time, the electronics move across a broad spectrum from abstract noise to techno, and go far beyond the transformation of the vocal and harp sound: they create their own sound from the musical elements of Schubert songs.
Schubert NOW! in 2025, the trio was invited to the two most important European meetings of jazz and classical music, Jazzahead in Bremen and Classical:NEXTre in Berlin.
