A few days off gave the France-based filmmaker and musician some rare free time, so she channeled her energy into music, drawing from an unlikely source. She's always been into rap, and searched for an AI model that could rap her lyrics, but it didn't quite work, turning into more of a monologue during the process. And it's these odd, robotic words that serve as the piece's fulcrum.
