Blank & Jones & Marc George - Rediscovered Works (2025)

This album presents a wide selection of music by Blank & Jones, based on a fundamental concept for this project: a work is not merely created, but in some sense, *found*. It already exists—hidden, waiting to be rediscovered. Our task is to revealit to the world. The aim of this release was not simply to create a collection of superficial remixes, but to reinvent the music on a deeper level. The goal was to craft something new, while remaining rooted in the original creative sparks ignited by Blank & Jones. Blank & Jones are longtime fans of Marc George’s musical creations. Back in the early 2000’s he recorded fantastic album’s with Steffen Aaskoven as Bliss. While releasing first solo recordings on the "Chilltronica“ series, it was Marc George’s Remix for "Marataba“ in 2024 which led to this concept album.
