Retour à la maison pour le vibraphoniste Bobby Hutcherson qui retrouve, pour son 75e anniversaire, le label qui l’a rendu célèbre, Blue Note. Avec un quartet inédit constitué de David Sanborn au saxophone alto, Joey DeFrancesco à l’orgue Hammond, Billy Hart à la batterie, et un répertoire qui a fait ses preuves (swing sur tempo moyen, groove bluesy, bebop rapide et ballades), le vibraphoniste retrouve la décontraction et l’ambiance d’une session de haut niveau.
