En Attendant is the second studio album by Belgian artist Paulette Verlée.

Paulette Verlée is, apart from being an ever-friendly lady, also an overgrown workhorse. Music for a series, an EP, an album with another label, singles, yet another album... It all seems to flow out of her delicate fingers, but nothing could be further from the truth.

Paulette knows damn well what she is doing. And when she doesn't know, she just tries something. And depending on the result, she adjusts and moves on again. People around her probably get horny at times, but for her it works. And that's what counts.

Which other Belgian artist achieves more than 2 million streams. Who else can say she has a Nils Frahm among her fans? And all with neoclassical work at the piano.

Should neoclassical be limited to repetitive and minimalist? It's an open question Paulette asked herself before delivering her latest single as well. And Attendant, the album from which Us is a single and will be released on November eight, will clearly show that Paulette is seeking her own path between expression and emotion.

And Paulette's humour is not limited to on the phone or at the bar (we are witnesses) but also in her music she explores the possibilities of humour and even absurdity.

After her previous albums Choses Vues à Droite Et à Gauche and Les Barricades Mystérieuses, she promises to come up with a strong new album En Attendant with the single Us anyway. Airplay on Radio 1 and Klara for her new single will only reinforce that success.
