Composer Scott Bomar, known for Mississippi Grind and Here Comes Rusty, is collaborating with director Craig Brewer (Coming 2 America, Footloose) on a new mini-series from Peacock, Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist. The project is written by Shay Ogbonna (God's Country, Lowlife) and starring Kevin Hart, Samuel L. Jackson, Taraji P. Henson, Don Cheadle and Terrence Howard. The eight-episode series, based on the iHeart podcast, tells the story of a robbery during Muhammad Ali's historic fight in 1970 that not only changed one man's life, but transformed Atlanta into the “Black Mecca.”
