Insatiably curious, French composer and guitarist Mathias Duplessy never stops diversifying his sources of inspiration and collaborating with artists from all traditions, thus abolishing the boundaries of genres, to achieve an incomparable style.
In 2010, he created the “violins of the world” project, featuring today Sabir Khan (India, Sarangi), Zied Zouari (Tunisia, oriental violin), Guo Gan (China, Erhu), Madaakh Daansuren (Mongolia, Morin Khuur & voices), and Aliocha Regnard (France-Sweden, Nyckelharpa).
The Violins of the World cross their bows again on a fourth album The Road with You.
