D-A-D (Disneyland After Dark) is a Danish band that started its journey back in the early 80s and performs melodic heavy rock. By their fifth anniversary, D-A-D even received a million dollar contract from Warner Bros. and a chance to enter the American market, but there was no breakthrough, and the group was forced to focus on activity in Europe. DEAD's discography includes a dozen singles and EP's, several compilations, three live albums and twelve full-length albums.
"Speed of Darkness" is the thirteenth full-length album by D-A-D, released on October 4, 2024 on AFM Records. Jacob Hansen, who worked with releases of MERCENARY, ELITE, PRIMAL FEAR and many others, helped the band with recording, mixing and mastering the new album.
