Rabbi Abdul, on his way to correct an assistant's mistake, gets into trouble when his 1978 Mercedes 300 broke down. While he is on the road waiting for help, a series of temptations and horrors pass, and Rabbi Abdul looks deep inside himself to find a place among the tides of memory.
The 4th Ward Afro Klezmer Orchestra is a Klezmer funk-rock jazz ensemble of nine people performing original compositions and arrangements combining West African jazz rhythms with Eastern European Klezmer melodies. The 4th Ward A.K.O. boasts a list of prominent Atlanta veterans. It's a mix of Klezmer music, afro, Mingus jazz and Zappa rock.
