Back in the early ‘80s, piano, keys and synth player Mario De Martini (who was also half of Italo-Disco duo Margy Group) composed and arranged eight instrumentals, released as his solo library album “Quick Silver”. The collection offers a diverse range of sounds, but with a preference for gentle, airy tunes. From the whimsical, almost kitschy charm of tracks suitable for children's stories (like (“Poupée Rondo”and “Mystery Tour”), to the lighthearted, carefree easy-listening vibes of “Two Timer” and “My Song.” And let’s not forget the passionate, sensual ballads like “Tender Moments” and “Break Through,” or the lively and dreamy urban-disco of “Quick Silver”, a track overflowing with magnetic enthusiasm. Now available for the first time in digital format thanks to Four Flies Records.
