'The Phone Booth Sessions, Vol. 1’ is Gledhill’s first time as a producer on one of her own albums, after years of decamping to L.A. or New York or Nashville to make records. It makes sense that she set up shop somewhere that felt like home (because it was), somewhere she’d feel emboldened to be vulnerable and to tell her truth. “This one sounds the most like me,” Gledhill says of the new album.
