This is a must-listen for audiophiles as well, and comes in a high-quality SACD/CD hybrid disc format! The album includes a selection of standard Jazz and two Latin songs ("El Cumbanchero" & "Cibonay") that were not included in the past BIG BAND series (Vol. 1 to Vol. 4).From Swing to Latin, a must-listen album for audiophiles as well as Jazz fans! Duke Ellington's "Let's Go on the A Train" and Benny Goodman's famous "Sing Sing Sing" were included in the first album "BIG BAND STAGE ~Reviving Big Band Sound~" in 2010, but were newly recorded for this album! Moreover, "Sing Sing Sing" is a version with vocals this time (Vo: Charito), and all the songs were recorded at Victor Studio 301st, which is ideal for big band recording. The mixing process took place over three days at Eiji Uchinuma's home studio, LAB recorders B studio (MIXER'S LAB).
