When Dave Miller and Mark Tomorsky stand together with harmonica and guitar in hand to deliver the first notes of the song Ghost On A Roll, something amazing happens. The band's rhythm section anchored by Tommy Miller on bass and Frank Charboneaux on drums, builds in the background including a soulful organ sound from Bob Ramsey - and then singer Al Jacquez captures listeners with the haunting story of a man who is down on his luck and ends up on the street. When the song is over, listeners realize that but for the grace of god, the song could be about them - and - that this is a band with a depth of conviction and the ability to convey their musical ideas in a way that touches the emotions.
