Soraya is a unit consisting of pianist Kento Tsubosaka and bassist/vocalist Kina Ishikawa, who are attracting attention as a member of the new generation of JAZZ.

``Soraya'' is a contemporary pop collection of 9 songs that uniquely incorporates various music from all over the world, starting with elements of JAZZ and Western pop music.

"Hitori", which has been released in advance, is about the first constellation that Soraya created, and can be called Soraya's theme song. "Chiisaku Sayonara wo", which was released at the same time, has a pleasant atmosphere with an ensemble of piano, percussion, and flute. . It's a fusion of melodies that anyone can relate to, like nursery rhymes.

"BAKU", released as the second single, is, as the title suggests, a work song by Baku with the theme of the mythical animal Baku. In addition to the rhythm machine, the track uses various rhythms inspired by folk music, making it a song that makes you addicted to chanting "baku baku..." repeatedly. The band's third single, ``Minimite'' is a magnificent pop song with the theme of ``freedom'' that incorporates many elements of their home genre, JAZZ. The fourth single, "Yutopia", is a reinterpretation of exotica by Soraya that incorporates marimba and strings, resulting in a gorgeous and romantic sound. The lyrics were inspired by Carl Busse's ``You in the Mountains''.

The song "In the Wind", which is included in the album other than the lead single, has a sound that makes you feel like you are running forward in the middle of nature. The lyrics were written by Ruri Matsumura. “Lucy” is a song that evokes the warmth of a film, with beautiful acoustic guitar playing throughout. "Record" is a song that can be called Soraya's Japanese city pop/popular song. Although it is cute, it is accented by a unique melody. And, at the end of the album, a cover of Spitz's ``Ai no Shishi'' is recorded with a simple arrangement of only piano and vocals/bass.
