Bruckner - Symphonie Nr. 0:

[01] I. Allegro
[02] II. Andante
[03] III. Scherzo. Presto
[04] IV. Finale. Moderato

Contrary to logical representation, Symphony No. 0, the so-called "Zero", was written between Symphonies No. 1 and 2, and did not precede them at all. Judging by historical evidence, the already insecure composer was convinced to put the score on the table by the "devastating criticism" of conductor Otto Dessoff, who was asked to explain its premiere: "But where is the main theme here?" -- he asked Bruckner about the material of the first part. And this determined the fate of the symphony, though not the strongest, but still charming, and what's there - a symphony written by a genius. At the end of his life, in 1895, while preparing the official edition of the scores, Bruckner crossed out "No. 2" on her title, wrote "cancel" and put the sign "∅", which was perceived as number zero and has since been traditionally used to designate a symphony.
