This collection features music taken from the band's highly successful shows "Jazz Classics Revisited", "A Tribute To Fats Waller", "The Music Of Bix Beiderbecke" and from the Jiving Lindyhoppers' dance spectacular "Hotfoot From Harlem". The music is played with great authenticity under the directorship of pianist Keith Nichols. These are no deadly dull recreations; they are electrifying performances of a style of music still as exciting and current as when it changed the world over half a century ago.
