CC JEROME was born in Holland. He has been a staple in the rockabilly and 1950s rock n' roll scene for over twenty years, both in the United States and in Europe. Jerome got his start in 1988 with a very successful group, featuring the great "Junior Marvel". After a few months of rehearsing the band cut their first 45, Nickel and a Dime / Let's Rock on Belgium's MAC Records. The band was signed to Rock House Records in 1989 and recorded a full-length album titled, Ain't Gonna Take It No More. Between 1989 and 1992, Jerome & his Band started backing some of the world's famous '50s legends. Johnny Powers at the Rockhouse Meeting in Holland was the first. The band did such a fantastic job backing Mr. Powers, that legends such as Eddie Bond, Ray Campi and Billy Lee Riley soon followed. In 1992, Jerome left his first band because of dishonest and bad management and joined the Ranch Girls and the Ragtime Wranglers, Holland's famed western swing group. Jerome's guitar talents were recorded on their first album, Rhythm on the Ranch. Jerome and the Ranch Girls were also featured as a headliner at the Hemsby Rock N' Roll weekender in England.
In 1996, Jerome relocated to London, England, where he hooked up with Kid Rocker and the Phantoms to record I'm on a Roll (Vinyl Japan). It was also during this time that Jerome was touring Europe with The Backbeats. In 1999, Jerome moved to Los Angeles where he lent his talents to a multitude of artists, including Lee Rocker, Pep Torres, Levi Dexter, The Specials and Gene Loves Jezebel to name a few. During the past four years, Jerome has had the opportunity to back up a number of the world's well-known Rockabilly legends, such as Chuck Berry, Joe Houston, Billy Lee Riley, Larry Donn, Big Al Downing, Joe Clay, Don and Dewey, Johnny Powers, Rudy "Tutti" Grayzell, Gene Summers, Sanford Clark, The Coasters, The Calvanes, Johnny Vallis, Charlie Gracie, Glen Glenn, Roman Self, Roy Gaines, and Mac Curtis, to name a few. He is also currently the lead guitarist for Linda Gail Lewis, the little sister of piano legend Jerry Lee Lewis, and can be heard on her Album'"Hungry Hill"
