Many of us discovered Carmen Sea through a first EP called HISS. The Parisian quartet made a successful debut with their instrumental music that was both furious and immersive. This year, they are trying the feat again with their successor entitled SORRY.

It must be said that Carmen Sea has faced challenges as evidenced by these five new compositions filled with emotion and rage. Following a tragic car accident which almost cost them their lives, the group opted for more vibrant instrumentations, as evidenced by the opening track called “SPEED” where we let ourselves be carried away by these more prog and math influences. rock as usual. Carmen Sea invites us to see life differently following a traumatic event and this is the case for the intense “CRASH” and “EXIT”. And other surprises are to be expected such as the divine intervention of TETHA on the title track full of poetry where the riffs and the violin come together like never before, just like on the final assault called “FEEL ALIVE”.
