Kraak and Smaak, comprising of Oscar de Jong, Wim Plug, and Mark Kneppers, have established themselves as a formidable force in the music industry. Their stylish performances and exceptional studio work have resulted in a series of innovative albums.

Celebrating their twentieth year in the game, Kraak & Smaak and Boogie Angst proudly present Twenty - The Remixes; a compilation of new and classic remixes of some of their most celebrated tunes. With remixes ranging from Disco Boogie, all the way to straight Classic House, this remix compilation is as diverse as K&S’s celebrated catalogue.

A conversation about Kraak & Smaak obviously hasn’t started correctly without mentioning their breakout smash, ‘Squeeze Me’. Renowned Rotterdam-based producer Moods takes the reins and flips this certified classic into a modern, Funk-filled groover.

Next up is Jafunk, hailing from Lisbon, stepping up to tackle ‘U R Freak’ from the Juicy Fruit era. He does so with an effortless, slow-motion groove.

Lazywax delivers an extensive discotheque makeover of 'Alone With You,' the iconic collaboration with Cleopold, tinged with 80s influences. Soulful highlight 'Naked' undergoes a phenomenal transformation via a Jitwam flip. The Brooklyn-based wonder child lends his signature dusty and crunchy sound to the sultry vocal number, creating something entirely unique.

Sly Pop House maestros Brijean, gift us a glassy, bass-forward rendition of ‘How We Gonna Stop The Time’. After which, Girls Of The Internet masterfully bridge groovy House with chilled-out vibes in their stellar interpretation of ‘Forget About You’.

Next up are Bristol Funk masters, The Allergies, armed with live breaks and rough-cut samples galore. They deliver a groove-infused version of 'Money In The Bag' that hits it out of the park.

Hot Toddy amps up the Chic in his Disco-appropriate rendition of 'Back Again’. Pulling out all the classic tricks, he makes it sound like a relic straight from the 70s. Psychemagik, the edit specialists, dive into ‘Corsica '80’ from the Scirocco era, dialling in an intriguing darkness that results in a film noir version of the original.

Elektronica royalty Richard Dorfmeister takes the renowned collaboration with Parcels, ‘Stumble', and molds it into a blissed-out, granular rendition.

After,Deep Disco legend Ashley Beedle infuses 'Bobby & Whitney' with an effortless swing. The British phenomenon uplifts the central theme with a timeless bounce.

Next up, entering prime-time dance-floor territory, German hit machine Purple Disco Machine delivers an electrifying version of 'Alone With You,' sure to ignite any venue it touches.

On '24HR Fling’, selector extraordinaire Casbah 73 injects a tropical pulse into the otherwise mellow tune, turning it into an irresistible disco tool.

Multifaceted dance music phenomenon Joe Goddard, of Hot Chip fame, reworks 'Let’s Go Back’, the famous collaboration with the late and great Romanthony, elevating it to warehouse rave territory, and rounding off the project on a high note.
