Stylish compilation of the mid-'60s British invasion duo who in the wake of the Beatles success in America enjoyed eleven hit singles stateside. Five of these singles are included on this compilation including the title track 'A Summer Song' which reached the USA Top 10 in 1965. As well as the hit singles, this compilation draws on material from their first two albums - both of which were huge hits in the states - and is supplemented by rare and live material of outstanding quality recorded between 1963-1965.
