Excellent recording of two fine cello concertos--the Schumann well-known and the Volkmann, a neglected composer in recent years, with two shorter pieces by R. Strauss and Bruch, the latter's Kol Nidrei, a piece I've tried to get with the Schumann for ages, but not many such recording combinations exist--so a fine recording of some excellent pieces.
