Bellbird - Root in Tandem (2023)

Bellbird is a newly formed collective of musicians in the jazz and improvised music scene of Tiohtiá:ke. Members Allison Burik, Claire Devlin, Eli Davidovici, and Mili Hong use their unique instrumentation of two woodwinds, bass, and drums, to explore sonic landscapes that allude to harmonic structures without being restricted by them. Their music is driven by concepts of isolation and resurgence.
