Nicklas Sørensen - L I V E 2 (2023)

This live recording is taken from the first concert I played after the first lockdown in Denmark in 2020. Needless to say it was a great relief to finally be able to play live again, but it was also with a weird and clear sense that nothing was really the same as before covid. A lot of necessary restrictions and a small physically (and mentally?) divided audience. Someone said the music had an anxious vibe to it, which might be true if the music reflects something that's part of me, because I had had those daily panic attacks during the lockdown, but I also like to think I go for the medititative pace in my solo music - a way I can "be" in the music and the sound so to speak.
