Introvision is a journey through the last seven years of my sonic explorations.
In 2021 I started working towards an album. Going from a pile of unnamed and unstructured stuff to a somewhat honed, coherent, and
curated collection of tracks was a challenging process. Ranging from
‘Nopia’, being the oldest track from 2016, to ‘Twinflower’ from 2023.
Sounds and samples go back even further, maybe 20 years or so.
The title of the album refers to an interior journey of emotions deep
down. It’s about self-discovery and insight. In a world becoming increasingly loud and stressful, it’s a refuge for the quiet soul.
Every track on this album is introspective and melancholic, sometimes
with a vibrant emotional resonance, maybe even dreamlike at
times. Infused by childhood memories, analog instruments, and
worn tape.
