Fifteen years ago, Julien Shelter surprised those around him with his group Girbig. Following this, the Alsatian actor and musician was discreet for a while before returning solo this spring with his album called Island.

Very quickly, Julien Shelter intends to transport us through these ten finely arranged titles. Halfway between baroque pop and psychedelic dream-pop, Island is a great cinematographic work that transports us from the first notes of "Movie" or even "Fear & Ego" for the less sumptuous before gaining momentum with the splendid “Silent World” and “The Real Me”.
