This album was written during the Covid-19 pandemic. James was in the US with a baby. Daniel was in France in a garden shed. There were four failed album ideas before this one: infant piano preludes, emotion surveys, months of the year, plant songs. In Colors almost experienced a similar fate. Our third wheel rolled away. We had to finish it ourselves or start over. The garden grew. The baby became a toddler.
Instruments used: voice, flute, treated acoustic guitar, electric bass, Fender Rhodes Mk 1, Casio MT-35, Yamaha MX49 drums, Multivox MXD-5
