A commemorative project for the 100th anniversary of the birth of Sweetner (1922-2010). An immortal masterpiece that tastes the art of the masters has been converted to high resolution using the ORT mastering system independently developed by Nippon Columbia and released as an SACD for the first time. By restoring the band that was lost in the CD spec, the sound field and sound quality are vividly improved. Since the CD first appeared, mastering of the master sound source has not been done, but this time the CD layer uses the sound source of this mastering as well as the SACD layer.
These recordings recorded at the Church of Jesus Christ in the former East Berlin from 1980 to 1984 have been highly acclaimed since their release as a masterpiece representing Suitner. Even in the complete concentration, "Denen" in particular is one of the most listened sound sources among many powerful boards, and it is a popular performance in Japan. Suittner's Beethoven, for example, felt in a series of Mozart recordings with Staatskapelle Dresden before that, while emphasizing the natural flow of music that emphasizes the work, it has an underlying emotion. It is characteristic that it is a performance that actively makes use of the "movement" of music. It is not a simple performance, but a full-fledged performance that is united with the orchestra. Especially in the latest sound source this time it should be felt vividly. It has been known as a sound source with good recording so far, but this time it has been mastered for the first time since its release (ORT mastering this time), so the effect is noticeable even in the CD layer.
