"Klemperer SACD Reprint Series I"
The "DEFINITION SERIES" is now in its 20th year. Four years have passed since the first release in March 2015, and the total number of titles is 37. We have reprinted various sound sources, mainly the forgotten masterpieces of the former EMI label, but the EMI label is still full of powerful items. Therefore, to commemorate the arrival of the 20th edition, we have decided to systematically release some of Klemperer's sound sources irregularly from this time. In addition, a new commentary by the leading person of the current Klemperer interpretation will be posted, and the "Klemperer chronology" (common) will be reprinted with a separate attachment.
All 14 Mozart symphonies recorded in stereo from 1956 to 1964 by Klemperer on the former EMI label, and new and old recordings of "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik" are collected into five discs. Previously, 6 symphonies have been converted to SACD on the market, but this time, out of the 3 songs Nos. 38-40 that exist in 2 types, the old version Nos. No. 40, No. 25, 29, 31, 33, 34 and three orchestral pieces are the world's first CDs. The Mozart sound source, which can be said to be the essence of Klemperer, has been revived with the latest high-quality sound.
