We had all discovered The Red Goes Black with their two albums which allowed them to increase their notoriety. The quintet from Finistère continues their merry way with their flamboyant music which continues to make a splash with their third album entitled Keep It In Mind.

Once again, The Red Goes Black excels in their craftsmanship. Through these ten new titles, the group from Finistère gives us a good dose of absolutely gleaming soulful blues-rock which is characterized in particular on "Underwater" as an opener and on the harmonious "Summer Night" or even "My Everything" absolutely dazzling.

Drawing inspiration from The Kinks, The Black Keys, Stax and Motown labels, The Red Goes Black continues to impress us. Whether on "Lift Up Your Head" or "Rebels In The Street", the quintet manages to combine modernity and retro in the most beautiful way before driving the point home with "When The Raindrops Fall" and "In The Chest”.
