The trio Os Tincoãs will make available the unreleased album Canto Coral Afro-Brasileiro (2023), on vinyl and on digital platforms, the latter will be presented on April 20. The release arrives through the Sanzala Cultural label, sponsored by Natura Musical. At the time of recording, the group consisted of Mateus Aleluia, Grinaldo Salustiano, nicknamed Dadinho, who died in 2000, and Getúlio de Souza, Badu.
Os Tincoãs were a Brazilian popular music band from Bahia, primarily active in the 1960s and 1970s. They are named after the Tincoã bird, a subspecies of the Squirrel Cuckoo native to Brazil.
