Simon Mayor is one of the world’s great mandolin players as well as a fine fiddle player, guitarist, composer and wit. His live performances are a riot of humorous anecdotes and off-the-cuff wit alongside dazzling musicianship. In a career spanning over 30 years, his music and songs have featured everywhere across the media from the BBC to an eight week trailer for The Simpsons (USA).
In October 2022 he was the first Briton to be made Honorary Director of the Classical Mandolin Society of America.
