Another good news at the start of the year is also the return of Jach Ernest. The Bordeaux group continues on its merry way with their carefree and hard-hitting music which has given birth to three emblematic records. Let's find out what they have in store for us with their successor titled Esconaquito.

Through these eight titles for 28 minutes of music, Jach Ernest continues to bewitch us with their compositions both slacker and urgent. Always walking in the footsteps of Pavement and Herman Dune with a hint of New York indie rock worthy of the 2000s, the four Bordeaux natives let their overflowing imagination speak, whether on the introductory title track or on "Marmotte Mountain” and on “Milady's Treat” where we feel that they are having a great time with this little I-don't-care-it side that suits them to delight.

Many surprises are to be expected in the Esconaquito program. Jach Ernest can go from a country ballad to an explosive finale on "Attention Jean à Kiki" to incisive pieces like "Marmelade". Performed as well in French as in English via Italian, the four Bordeaux residents show an infallible creativity which reaches its zenith with "20 curved tiles for daddy's shed" as a closing allowing them to mark a little more his territory.
