Raphaël Angelini - Profumi di Voce (2022)

After a specialized Master's degree as well as an aggregation in violin, Alice Wielant decided to devote herself to singing and entered, in 2013, in the class of Françoise Viatour and Elise Gäbele at the IMEP (Namur, Belgium), where she obtained her baccalaureate with success in June 2016. She then continued her master's studies in opera singing at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel under the teaching of baritone Lionel Lhote.

Alice is the winner of several competitions, including the New Talents of Lyric Art competition in Ans, where she won the vocation prize. Since April 2015, she has been part of the MM Academy of the Opéra de la Monnaie (Brussels), which gives her the opportunity to perform on stage in numerous productions.

We could hear her, in particular, in the title role of Suor Angelica by Puccini in Namur, or in Carmina Burana by Carl Orff and extracts from Aida under the direction of Guy Van Waas. She was hired as a young musician at the Encuentro de Santander Festival bringing together the "young promises of tomorrow" in Spain, then went on stage in the role of Arséna (The Gypsy Baron by J.Strauss) with the Belgian troupe Les Matelots de la Dendre .

He can be heard in duet with Belgian guitarist Maarten Vandenbemden, notably at the Festival für alte Musik in Aalen (Germany).

At Mozart, she sang the role of the second lady in Die Zauberflöte then that of Contessa Almaviva in Le Nozze di Figaro at the Berlin Opera Academy (Theater am Delphi, Berlin). Pamina (Die Zauberflöte) will then come to Luxembourg where she will also sing the roles of Taummänchen and Sandmännchen in Hänsel und Gretel by Humperdinck.

In Belgium, she has recently been heard in recital at the Marignan theatre, at the Opéra Royal de Wallonie during the “Belcanto recital” and at the Kaaitheater in the role of Anna-Elisa in Lehar's operetta Paganini with the Brussels Operette Theater .

She will also perform in March 2022 in A missed education by Charbrier with the Volksopera.

Alice has just completed her Masters at the Hochschule für Musik in Nürnberg (Germany) where she followed the teaching of the Costa Rican soprano Iride Martinez, and is currently following the advice of the soprano Hélène Bernardy at the Luxembourg Conservatory.
