This project was run by Kentaro Mori accompanying the bass player, Chris Jones, who used to play with Little Milton,Drifters and Dorothy Moore.They had a chance to play with each as the members of the band run by Deacon Jones from John Lee Hooker, playing the blues music for the comedy show run by Garrett Morris.
Before then,Kentaro and Chris played together for years in the south central LA area, where the people love to listen to the real down home blues, gospel and bebop/ swing/ smooth jazz to disco and hip hop.To cut the long story short, they played in the area which is like a gumbo soup of american music.
