Leirblaa - Sirkel (2022) Hi Res

Leirblaa is a vice jazz quartet from Trondheim. The musicians found each other at NTNU Jazzlinja in 2018 and have been playing together ever since. The music is a mixture of lyrical and sonorous, often with riff-based underpinnings, where the interaction between text and music is emphasized. With a somewhat unusual line-up, lyrics in Trondheim dialect and a playful relationship with form and instrumentation, Leirblaa's music is both special and accessible at the same time.
