BODY boasts 12 deliberate and emotional songs recorded at The Center for Sound, Light and Color Therapy in Portland, Oregon with the creative support of talented friends and bandmates: Ryan Oxford, Luz Elena Mendoza, Julia Mendiolea, Ayal Alves and the Waiaʻu ʻōhana.

BODY examines the relationship between transformation and steadiness; the rearranging of the small cracks around the solid, unchanging core of a person. Body is about gentle reconstruction, reflection in order to grow, learn, improve and hopefully retain the paramount. It is about filling the fissures around a strong heart, shuffling them around, reckoning pieces of value and then discarding what doesn't serve one any longer. BODY is about the ache of that shedding, the toughness of rebuilding all while savoring the joy of discovering new treasure.
