Climatic - Exhale (2022)

The fifth album „Exhale“ by Climatic. Staying true to his unmistakeable style, he’s put together a selection of thirteen new
tracks, sophisticated in composition and production as always. Three of his favourite collaborators, Antonella D’Orio, Angela Puxi and Dennis Legree are on board again.
The sound of this album is as warm and atmospheric as Climatic’s previous
releases, yet still offering new flavors and grooves.
After the smooth opener „Amore Segreto“ and „August“, which spread out
melancholic summer feelings, later on, with „Urbaniac“ we get immersed into a
trippy, neon-light world of electronic breakbeat. „Sunrise“, a crossing between am-bient and nujazz, evokes the image of a dawning city after an intense club night. Some tunes refer to the timeless „balearic sound“, while „Ghost Insects“ feels like the afterglow of a mystical experience in the amazon.
Still, no matter how wide-spread the choices of moods and styles are, „Exhale“ stays coherent as Climatic’s very own fingerprint is present at any moment, keeping it spacious, balanced and intriguing.
