Jessica Wilde is a torchbearer for a fresh true bred style of rap, soul & RnB. She bares all with some brutally honest lyrics, melding her sharp-witted lyricism through spoken word/rap alongside her more familiar husky and powerful singing vocals. A native of South London, Wilde’s most recent project, her debut concept album has opened a gateway into her past by returning full circle to her South London, Brixton roots, it is a truly unique project, with each song like a diary entry, taking us on a journey through mad parties, addiction, toxic relationships, self-loathing to self- empowerment, self-love and living sober. Wilde fully exposes and utilises her authentic expression.
Wilde has been up picking some some serious heat across BBCRadio with regular airplay on Radio 1 (Future Artists with Jack Saunders), 6Music, 1Xtra, BBCRLondon and features in the likes of CLASH, Complex, The Independent and Wonderland Magazine.
Her last headline show and newly curated all female event 'PxSSY PWR' took the iconic Hootannanny Brixton by storm and has now made it's home there with the next one being Wilde's album Launch 7th April. 2022 is looking to be a very exciting year for Wilde.
