Dimitri Howald - Hidden Tracks (2022)

Dimitri Howald is a guitarist and composer based in Berne, Switzerland. He appears in different own projects between jazz, pop and traditional music, composes and is besides active as a Sideman. His new Studio Album "Spiritual Cycle" with the quintet Ilja was released in November 2020 and is again, after "Tundra" co-produced by the Swiss Radio SRF2. Followed by that, his new Solo Record was released in September 2021 together with a Movie and a Cinema-Release-Tour. The debut album „Three Flamingos“ / Dimitri Howald Trio (2016) and the Album "Tundra" (2018) came out on Unit Records.
His first solistic record "Industrial Plants" was released in 2019 on Blaublau Records. Dimitri is active in the national and international jazz-scene and has performed with many different musicians - for example at the Vortex Jazz Club with ILJA, at Sarajevo Jazz Fest with Django Bates’ Humanchain or at Jazzdor Strasbourg and D’Jazz Nevers with the Euroradio Jazz Orchestra 2017, led by Airelle Besson.
