Daniel Varga - Eastern European Quartet (2022)

Dániel Varga is a Hungarian saxophonist and composer who became famous for his virtuoso playing in the indie rock band Moped Loewen. He studied with Julian Arguelles and Ed Partyka in Graz. He has a number of awards (Palace of Arts Jazz Showcase - a special award, winner of the 2015 Jazz Juniors in Krakow, the Újfalusy Gábor award for the best Hungarian musician 2018/2019, as well as an award for the composition and arrangement of the Hungarian Jazz Federation). Recently, he was invited to the finals of the very prestigious International Saxophone Competition. Michael Brecker at the Red Sea Jazz Festival in Eilat, Israel, which boldly suggests that soon it will be very loud about him all over Europe.
