Mike Mudd - The Wilderness (2015)

The Troubadour for the modern misfit, Mike Mudd sings of human frailty and brings to life our fantasies, fears, failures and foibles, through musical storytelling that is at once fictional and confessional, intimate and theatrical, with an explosive stage presence combining acoustic guitar, foot percussion, rack-harmonica, ukulele and a lot of surprises.

Before throwing his hat into the wind, Mike Mudd called Portland, Oregon his home. Now after years of exploring the far corners of the world, and performing for audiences of more than 50,000 in East Asia, he’ll be releasing a musical fairy tale and continuing to create the story of his life of world exploration and music in The Wilderness (album/tour - fall 2015).

Once again Mike will be throwing his life into a backpack and setting off into the wild world -bringing his musical fairy tale The Wilderness to life and developing it into a psychedelic shadow-puppet show. Look for him first in the eastern hemisphere with dates in such places as Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, The Philippines, Fiji, Vietnam, and Cambodia, with The Americas, and Europe to follow.
