The Rembrandt Trio likes to play more than rules. With tours all over the world and collaborations with various jazz pioneers, this band tries to push jazz in a new direction. The trio shared the stage with greats such as Chick Corea and European top musicians such as Paolo Fresu, Vincent Peirani and Norma Winstone. The Rembrandt Trio is an unconventional working band that is at home on the unbeaten path.

With their curious eyes, these musicians are always looking for the most innovative collaborations. That led this band through different musical worlds. The influence from the Middle East can be heard unmistakably, but classical music also finds a place in the trio's oeuvre. Not in the least a piano trio in the traditional sense of the word.
