RC Burns - Full Circle (2021)

RC BURNS is a Singer/Songwriter, Bagpiper and Author of Short Stories and Novels. Cutting his teeth on and being inspired by the music of artists like John Prine, Steve Goodman, Stan Rogers and Gordon Lightfoot, RC Burns has written a collection of original songs based on his own real life experiences and observations and is set to release his first album “Full Circle”.

RC “Cecil” Burns was born in Toronto, grew up in Wasaga Beach, Ontario and now makes his home in Kenora, a small city in Northwestern Ontario not far from the Manitoba border. His over 40-year career in Environmental and Energy Management took RC from such exotic places as Peru through to the Northwest Territories working on a variety of environmental and energy projects. Upon retiring, RC reconnected with his high school friend, award winning Producer JK Gulley and through the magic of the internet and some in-studio sessions, the album “Full Circle” was born.

The first single is the title track and the story of how RC and JK started writing songs in high school and have come together nearly 50 years later to fulfill a lifelong dream. RC Burns has indeed come “Full Circle”!
