Louise Attaque - Du Monde Tout Autour (2011)

In the absence of a new studio album, the hugely successful French rock/chanson outfit Louise Attaque briefly regrouped to record their first song in six years for this 17-track hits compilation, Du Monde Tout Autour. Alongside the brand-new title track, there are six cuts from their 1997 self-titled debut, the fifth biggest-selling album in French chart history; four numbers from 2000 follow-up Comme On a Dit, including the Françoiz Breut collaboration "La Plume"; five contributions from 2005's A Plus Tard Crocodile; and a previously unreleased song from their late-'90s heyday ("Snark").
